The Parkes Forbes Orana Business Enterprise Centre is a not-for-profit, community based organisation. Since 1991 we have a proven track record in providing confidential business advice and assistance to new and existing businesses.

The Centre has offices in Parkes, Forbes and Dubbo with professional business advisors travelling to outlying areas as needed.

The Centre is a Registered Training Organisation (Provider No. 6958) accredited through the  Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). We have over twenty years experience in Aboriginal business development, and are considered to be experts in this field.

NEIS

The NEIS program is funded by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) and provides an opportunity for unemployed people to put their business ideas into practice.

Our centre is a NEIS panel member and offers VETAB Accredited training in Small Business Management. We provide personalised assistance to help participants achieve their business goals and maintain regular contact for the first year of the new business to provide mentoring, and support to help work through any business problems.
